About the position

The Treasury Management Digital Product Manager at Burke & Herbert Bank & Trust is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans for Treasury Management and related Digital and Payment projects. This role focuses on creating innovative products that enhance customer experience and drive business growth, collaborating with various internal teams to ensure cohesive product delivery and support.

Responsibilities

• Strategize to deliver modern, scalable Treasury Management and Digital Payment solutions.
• Perform product management activities for existing solutions and manage a growing P&L.
• Collaborate with operations, technology, sales, marketing, and client care to improve customer experience.
• Drive business and financial results through product selection, design, development, and promotion.
• Utilize emerging technologies to deliver products through applicable channels.
• Prioritize product recommendations and develop business cases for new products.
• Monitor marketplace trends to identify market needs or opportunities.
• Recommend new products or enhancements and develop innovative features.
• Manage the development, production, roll-out, pricing, and promotion of products.
• Participate in client-facing activities to ensure product offerings meet strategic goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Design, Entrepreneurship, Analytics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Treasury Management.
• 7 years of experience in the Financial Services industry preferred.
• 5 years of experience in Digital Banking or Treasury Management preferred.
• 2 years of product management experience or equivalent.

Nice-to-haves

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification.
• Experience in Digital Banking and/or Treasury Management environment.
