About the position

The Treasury Management Fulfillment Specialist at First Horizon Bank is responsible for the accurate and timely implementation of Treasury Management products. This role is crucial for ensuring a high-quality onboarding experience for clients, involving the verification of incoming information, data entry into backend systems, and coordination with the Client Implementation team. The specialist plays a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving new revenue flow through efficient operations.

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming product setups and maintenance through the iFocus queue.
  • Verify incoming information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Enter setup information or maintenance in backend systems for Online Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, and other services.
  • Assist the Client Implementation team with file mapping and testing of various financial files.
  • Coordinate efficient department operations while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Fast-track new revenue flow and enhance customer satisfaction through superior onboarding experiences.
  • Maintain a high-level understanding of the bank's internal and customer-facing systems.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and clear communication in all interactions.
  • Attend meetings and training to enhance knowledge of TM products and processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university and 5-7 years of related experience or training; equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for a four-year degree.
  • Previous implementation/fulfillment experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of treasury management products, functions, support systems, and related policies and procedures.
  • Strong commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to self-prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong planning, project organization skills, and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) is desirable.
