About the position
The Treasury Management Fulfillment Specialist at First Horizon Bank is responsible for the accurate and timely implementation of Treasury Management products and services. This role is crucial for ensuring a high-quality onboarding experience for clients, involving the validation of incoming information and coordination of product setups. The specialist will work closely with the Client Implementation team to facilitate smooth operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming product setups and maintenance through the iFocus queue.
- Verify incoming information for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter setup information or maintenance in the appropriate backend systems for various Treasury Management services.
- Assist the Client Implementation team with file mapping and testing of various financial files.
- Coordinate efficient departmental operations while maintaining confidentiality.
- Contribute to revenue flow by enhancing customer satisfaction through superior onboarding experiences.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the bank's internal and customer-facing systems.
- Demonstrate professionalism and clear communication in all interactions.
- Attend meetings and training to enhance knowledge of Treasury Management products and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university.
- Five to seven years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous implementation/fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of treasury management products, functions, and related policies.
- Strong commitment to client satisfaction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to self-prioritize and manage tasks effectively.
- Strong planning and project organization skills with attention to detail.
Nice-to-haves
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is desirable.
