About the position

As a Treasury Management Implementation Training Manager at Webster Bank, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the client experience through effective training and implementation of treasury management services. Your primary responsibility will be to create and deliver comprehensive training programs for clients utilizing various treasury management services, including E-Treasury, Remote Deposit Capture, Lockbox Archive, Payment-Link, Virtual Account Manager, Check Positive Pay, ACH Positive Pay, ACH Origination, Wire Origination, and Bank Check Xpress. You will be responsible for monitoring the TM Implementation pipeline, tracking the progress of implementations, and coordinating training schedules with clients and Implementation Managers. Your role will also involve leveraging existing product usability content to enhance training materials and conducting training sessions, primarily virtually, while maintaining accurate records of training sessions in Salesforce. In addition to training, you will autonomously onboard standard treasury management products when not engaged in client training. This includes conducting gathering calls, validating documentation, obtaining client approvals, and ensuring a seamless transition to the TM Service team. You will be expected to maintain client files, notify sales teams of any obstacles during the implementation process, and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures. Your ability to communicate effectively and present complex material will be essential in ensuring a best-in-class client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create training curriculum for treasury management services.
  • Monitor the TM Implementation pipeline and track progress of implementations.
  • Create training schedules for clients requiring training and coordinate with clients and Implementation Managers.
  • Conduct comprehensive training for new clients, existing clients with new services, and refresher training for existing TM clients.
  • Maintain records of training sessions and update Salesforce Implementation Case upon completion.
  • Invite TSOs to training sessions and provide feedback as necessary.
  • Autonomously onboard standard treasury management products when not training clients.
  • Ensure best-in-class client experience by conducting gathering calls and validating documentation.
  • Create client files on the TM Implementations shared drive and save all relevant documentation.
  • Notify sales teams of obstacles or client objections and collaborate with internal partners to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience in business management, education, communications, finance, accounting, or computer science.
  • Experience in teaching, training, or presenting complex material.
  • Experience in selling, servicing, or implementing bank treasury management products and services.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
