About the position

The Treasury Management Product Analyst II at Stifel is responsible for managing and enhancing the treasury management platform and business banking offerings. This role focuses on the development, adoption, and ongoing evolution of treasury management capabilities, ensuring superior client experiences and operational execution. The analyst will work closely with various teams to bridge business needs with technology solutions, coordinate product implementations, and manage relationships with third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and build out Stifel Banks' treasury management platform and business banking offerings.
• Develop, adopt, and evolve Treasury Management and Business Banking capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to enhance product offerings.
• Ensure superior digital delivery and operational execution of products.
• Lead cross-functional teams for technical and operational implementation.
• Review and create business processes related to products and services.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to assess product performance and identify improvements.
• Manage relationships with third-party fintech providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related experience in banking, with at least 1 year in project management.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proficient with relational databases and SQL query writing.
