About the position

The Treasury Management Pricing and Billing Product Manager is primarily responsible for managing analysis pricing and billing activities related to Treasury Management. This role involves managing the billing platform, coordinating and implementing annual pricing changes, providing monthly and ad hoc analysis and reporting, collaborating with Treasury Management product owners, and identifying further optimization and improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Owns the process to bill both analysis and non-analysis accounts for TM services.
• Implements and monitors procedures to document and enforce requirements for all exception pricing.
• Manages and coordinates annual pricing changes.
• Collaborates with individual product owners to identify appropriate changes that support meeting annual revenue growth objectives while maintaining price competitiveness.
• Manages and maintains proformas with accurate pricing to support day to day business.
• Provides ad hoc and monthly reporting on analysis fees.
• Works with product owners to develop reporting to support their individual product needs.
• Manages large analysis and billing projects related to upgrades, replacements, migrations.
• Develops and maintains an approach for consistently increasing revenue through deposit functions.
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• BA or BS
• 5 years of job-related experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work and multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of TM billing systems
