The Treasury Operations Analyst 2 will perform a variety of operation duties within derivatives collateral management workstreams depending on assignment. This role is accountable for general asset level maintenance and settlements with some level of supervision. The analyst will ensure the accuracy of account statements, information, and all documentation requirements are satisfied. Additionally, the analyst will respond to telephone or written inquiries and perform research necessitated by special requests from customers, brokers, or internal employees. The successful candidate will effectively and accurately coordinate, manage, and complete multiple duties and assignments concurrently and within acceptable timelines while clearly communicating status updates and escalating unusual items or errors to team members and the manager. The analyst will be accountable for compliance with established department policies and procedures as well as market-required operational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of operation duties within derivatives collateral management workstreams depending on assignment.
  • Accountable for general asset level maintenance and settlements with some level of supervision.
  • Ensure accuracy of account statements, information, and all documentation requirements are satisfied.
  • Respond to telephone or written inquiries and perform research necessitated by special requests from customers, brokers, or internal employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Two to three years of operations-related experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong knowledge of operation functions, systems, policies and procedures for the assigned area.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of banking operations.
