About the position
The Treasury Operations Associate at Freddie Mac plays a crucial role in the Cash Management team within the Treasury Operations group. This position focuses on the timely and accurate processing of cash and security wires, as well as ACH transactions, contributing to the overall efficiency and risk management of the company's financial operations. The role supports the company's mission to enhance homeownership and rental housing accessibility across the nation.
Responsibilities
- Daily processing of cash/securities wires and ACH transactions in support of the firm's business lines.
- Completing reconciliations with banks and clearing firms, including same-day corrections, additions, and deletions.
- Developing, modifying, and performing departmental controls and procedures that affect cash and security processing.
Requirements
- College Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer service skills and Treasury experience preferred.
