About the position

The Treasury Operations Specialist I position at Western Security Bank is responsible for supporting all electronic banking products, including Net Teller and other Treasury Management services. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues, providing training and support to customers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The specialist will work both independently and as part of cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for electronic banking products including Net Teller and online accounts.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Treasury Management products and services.
• Set up new Net Teller customers and maintain existing accounts.
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external clients.
• Assist with compliance training related to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in community service and bank-sponsored activities.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in all customer interactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year banking experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to operate computer applications related to the position.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous deposit service experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Cash/Treasury Management agreements.
