About the position

As a Treasury Operations Specialist at Customers Bank, you will be instrumental in onboarding new clients and ensuring they have a seamless experience with the bank's Treasury services. This role focuses on providing exceptional service, improving processes, and collaborating with the Treasury Operations team to drive innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in setting up and using services such as Business Online Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, ACH, and Remote Official Check.
• Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the client experience.
• Collaborate with the Treasury Operations team on various projects to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Write and update procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in operations.
• Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in back-office banking operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and work collaboratively with a team.
• Positive attitude and the ability to approach challenges with positivity and resilience.
• Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as needed.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to input data accurately and follow up as needed.
• Customer-first mindset, prioritizing the needs of internal customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Salesforce is preferred but not required.
