About the position

The Treasury Product Analyst at Stifel plays a crucial role in managing and enhancing the bank's commercial banking and treasury management offerings. This position focuses on the development, adoption, and continuous improvement of Treasury Management and Business Banking capabilities, ensuring superior digital delivery and operational execution. The Analyst collaborates with various teams to identify business needs, articulate requirements, and integrate technology solutions to enhance client experiences and product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve Treasury Management and Business Banking capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure superior product setup and operational execution.
• Identify and articulate business needs, turning them into requirements for technology teams.
• Coordinate with vendor-partners to enhance Treasury Management solutions.
• Review and create business processes related to products and services.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to assess product performance and areas for improvement.
• Manage relationships with 3rd party fintech providers and integrate them into bank infrastructure.
• Utilize customer feedback to drive product innovation and improvement.
• Leverage experience in commercial banking to inform product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of related experience in banking operations, product, support, or sales required.
• 1+ years of experience in Treasury Management Operations and/or Sales preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of banking systems and products.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience in banking systems preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of technology infrastructure terms, including user interfaces and APIs.
