About the position

The Treasury Support Specialist II at First Interstate Bank is responsible for delivering comprehensive technical and operational support to the bank's customers and branch network. This role involves account setup, ongoing maintenance, customer consultation, and training, ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the Treasury relationship.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth technical and operational support for customers and branch personnel of the Bank's Treasury.
• Process and onboard incoming customer agreements, applications, and maintenance forms.
• Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with branch personnel and business banking officers regarding Treasury products.
• Assist business clients in managing their existing Treasury relationships.
• Respond timely to client inquiries regarding Treasury products.
• Handle internal and external customer service calls and messages.
• Support adherence to internal policies and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Research complex customer problems and communicate resolutions to clients.
• Support the development and implementation of new products and processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for special projects and system upgrades.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED and two or more years of experience in a related field.
• Sales and business development experience preferred.
• Proven experience in delivering exemplary customer service.
• Strong computer and technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and financial acumen.
