About the position

The Part-Time Trendsend Stylist at EVEREVE plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional styling experience to customers through the Trendsend box styling service. This in-store position focuses on curating personalized fashion selections that align with customers' preferences and lifestyles, while embodying the company's core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to ensure customers receive the EVEREVE experience through the Trendsend box styling service.
• Style Trendsend customers using the proprietary online styling platform.
• Utilize the Trendsend Resource Center for weekly best-sellers and company announcements.
• Review customer profiles through the Trendsend stylist app in detail.
• Curate 6-8 styled pieces that align with the customer's body type and personal requests.
• Write authentic and professional notes to customers with styling tips.
• Oversee and inspect the quality of the product.
• Process Trendsend returns and communicate with the Care Team when necessary.
• Manage time efficiently to complete work during scheduled shifts.
• Achieve or exceed personal minimum sales plan, including specific metrics for sales per box and items kept per box.

Requirements

• Preferably previous styling experience at EVEREVE or another box styling company.
• Passion for product and love of fashion and trends.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong instinct for reading people's sense of style and wants.
• Open to growth and development, highly coachable.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
