About the position

As a Part-Time Trendsend Stylist at EVEREVE, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional styling experience to customers through the Trendsend box styling service. This in-store position emphasizes the importance of personal connection and expert styling, ensuring that each customer feels confident and well-dressed. You will be responsible for curating outfits that align with individual customer preferences and maintaining high sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to ensure customers receive the EVEREVE experience through the Trendsend box styling service.
• Style Trendsend customers using the proprietary online styling platform.
• Utilize the Trendsend Resource Center for best-sellers, current theme boxes, and company announcements.
• Review customer profiles in detail through the Trendsend stylist app.
• Curate 6-8 styled pieces that align with the customer's body type, lifestyle, and personal requests.
• Write authentic and professional notes to customers with styling tips and tricks.
• Oversee and inspect the quality of the product.
• Process Trendsend returns and communicate with the Care Team when necessary.
• Manage time efficiently to complete work during scheduled shifts.
• Achieve or exceed personal minimum sales plan, including specific metrics for Sales per Box and items kept per box.

Requirements

• Previous styling experience at EVEREVE or another box styling company is preferred.
• Passion for product and love of fashion and trends.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong instinct for reading people's sense of style and fashion preferences.
• Open to growth and development, highly coachable.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
