This position involves significant engagement in legal research, writing, and motion practice, contributing to the preparation and execution of trial strategies. The successful candidate will be expected to collaborate closely with trial lawyers and support staff, ensuring that all legal documents are meticulously prepared and that the team operates efficiently. The firm values strong professional judgment, a solid work ethic, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate their legal acumen through their past experiences and provide samples of their work, including a complaint and an affidavit of merit (AOM) with identifying information redacted.
