About the position

The Trilith Storage + Inventory Coordinator is a temporary role at Passion City Church, focused on providing excellent customer service to staff and attendees by ensuring the facility is safe, clean, and fully functional. The coordinator will play a pivotal role in setting up and tearing down elements for various church gatherings, maintaining storage areas, and collaborating with other teams to meet inventory needs.

Responsibilities

  • Setup and tear down all needed elements for Sunday gatherings, special events, and other church gatherings.
  • Complete quality control walkthrough of Town Stage + Shipyard prior to Sunday gatherings.
  • Ensure all furniture and accessories are in good order for all setups.
  • Make necessary repairs or replace damaged items to meet the setup requirements.
  • Adhere to excellence standards set by event owner when setting spaces.
  • Confirm all furniture and accessories used in setups are returned to their proper locations after an event.
  • Ensure storage areas are kept in an excellent and organized manner.
  • Ensure third-party location materials and supplies are properly stored and organized.
  • Maximize storage areas for efficient use.
  • Collaborate with Passion Kids + bloom Leaders to ensure all storage and inventory needs are met.
  • Work with facilities contractors to ensure all spaces are kept clean.
  • Provide periodic reports to supervisor on the status of assigned work.
  • Coordinate deliveries, shipments and pickups with staff team as needed.
  • Provide feedback for the purpose of continual improvement of facilities and procedures.
  • Work with supervisor to ensure buildings are opened and closed as scheduled.
  • Help troubleshoot maintenance issues while immediately reporting the problem to the Building & Operations Coordinator.

  • Highly organized with strong operational and maintenance skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to mobilize people toward a common mission.
