Responsibilities

• Monitor sales growth and cost control against budgeted expectations and historical performance to meet profit goals.
• Maintain and exceed customer expectations to build brand loyalty.
• Present a consistent, professional image of the café and crew by upholding sanitation and appearance standards.
• Communicate and stay updated on all marketing and promotional materials.
• Execute marketing and sales programs following appropriate guidelines.
• Build café sales by cultivating relationships in the business community and initiating local store marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field required.
• Open availability for scheduling.
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing employees.
• Experience in growing sales and providing excellent customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both front of the house and back of the house.
• Proven track record of managing cost of goods and labor.
• Strong skills in understanding P&L reports and budgets.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
