Responsibilities

• Interacts with team members, customers, and vendors using DYNE's core values.
• Delivers 'Unparalleled Hospitality' to each customer that visits the café.
• Prepares ingredients for food and smoothies.
• Assembles and serves fresh food and smoothies according to Tropical Smoothie Café's standards.
• Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.
• Sets up and monitors food and smoothie work stations.
• Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and other areas in the café.
• Operates the register, takes customer orders, handles cash accurately, and is responsible for the cash drawer.
• Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand.
• Performs any additional tasks necessary to run the café.

Requirements

• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift.
• Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds for tasks like stocking and taking out trash.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced café environment safely.
• Ability to multi-task and remain positive in stressful conditions.
