About the position

The Sales Advisor (Enterprise Sales Executive) is responsible for driving new business in the healthcare industry, particularly focusing on large health systems, HIE, and government accounts. This role emphasizes acquiring new customers within Fortune 1000 accounts and requires a strong track record in enterprise sales. The position involves developing sales strategies, understanding customer business models, and creating solutions for patient engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies and a comprehensive understanding of customers' business models.
  • Identify customer challenges and develop and implement solutions to create opportunities for a digital front door/patient engagement.
  • Make and coordinate sales calls and presentations to customers of all sizes.
  • Develop and grow strategic relationships within the industry.
  • Manage business relationships and entertain customers.
  • Utilize internal and external computer applications to analyze market and competitor data to identify capacity and develop pricing solutions at a competitive yet profitable price.
  • Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers.
  • Pursue customers aggressively using networking, social media, customer referrals, etc.
  • Create service solutions for customers' unique business problems and initiate pricing.
  • Complete monthly sales audit reports and expense reports, as Company guidelines require.
  • Facilitate the development of pricing for proposals and bids.
  • Conduct and receive phone calls and emails to identify opportunities, solve problems, build relationships, secure profitable business, and increase market share.
  • Develop a long-term strategy to ensure success and growth.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude in a highly intense environment.
  • Interact with all employees and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work in a team setting to accomplish goals.
  • Other duties and projects, as assigned.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution.
  • Ability to act both independently and as a team member.
  • Proficient web/internet presentation skills and working knowledge to use web meeting tools.
  • Understanding of complex systems and how they connect.
  • Successful and proven record in Enterprise sales.
  • Ability to gather and write business requirements.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of healthcare services and/or technology sales specific to Revenue Cycle solutions is required; a minimum of three years of experience selling specifically to ambulatory, physician-based organizations is strongly preferred.
