About the position

The Truck Care General Manager at Goodyear is responsible for overseeing all staff functions at the location to ensure exceptional customer service and maintain profitability. This role involves meeting sales and production objectives, protecting company assets, and fostering a culture of quality and safety within the team.

Responsibilities

• Attain total customer satisfaction by directing and maintaining a Total Quality Culture.
• Supervise and assist in the training of Center personnel to maximize productivity and career growth.
• Keep management informed about competitive products, practices, and distribution.
• Ensure all personnel understand marketing programs and control processes to achieve desired EBIT.
• Manage safety, health, and environmental processes, including conducting morning safety huddles and enforcing safety regulations.

Requirements

• 2 years or more of successful management experience.
• Valid driver's license for the type of vehicle required for the position.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Nice-to-haves

• Associate or bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of tire manufacturing and manufacturing process systems.
