About The Position

As a Truck Driver - CDL Class A at Wesco, you will be responsible for operating a tractor trailer to transport cargo to and from local customer locations. This role involves preparing and providing documentation for deliveries, loading and unloading cargo, and maintaining travel logs in compliance with federal and state regulations. The position requires a satisfactory driving record and a valid CDL license, along with the ability to perform warehouse duties when not driving.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid CDL License.
• 2 years of truck driving experience required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Must have a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, verify, and unload cargo according to safety regulations.
• Maintain a log of travel and cargo as per federal and state regulations.
• Deliver materials to designated locations and obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery.
• Perform warehouse associate duties when not driving.
