About the position
The Truck Driver Refrigerated OTR Fleet position involves transporting cheese and other temperature-controlled products across 48 states and Canada. This role offers opportunities for additional income through driver training and referrals, along with a Dynamic Pay Plan that rewards performance.
Responsibilities
- Transport refrigerated goods across various states and Canada.
- Ensure the safe and timely delivery of products.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the truck and trailer.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL).
- Experience in over-the-road (OTR) driving preferred but unspecified.
- Ability to operate a refrigerated truck.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with temperature-controlled freight.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations.
