About the position

As a Truck Driver in Roehl Transport's over-the-road Flatbed Fleet, you will be responsible for hauling unique freight primarily east of I-35, with potential routes across the lower 48 states and Canada. This role offers opportunities to see various locations and shippers while providing options to increase your income through driver training and referral bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Transport freight safely and efficiently across designated routes.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while driving.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle inspections.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members.
• Ensure the proper loading and unloading of cargo.

Requirements

• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License).
• Experience in flatbed trucking preferred.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with dynamic pay plans.
• Familiarity with various shipping and receiving locations.
• Previous experience as a driver trainer.
