About the position

As a Truck Driver in Roehl Transport's over-the-road Flatbed Fleet, you will be responsible for hauling unique freight primarily east of I-35, with potential routes across the lower 48 states and Canada. This role offers opportunities to see various shippers and locations while providing options to increase your income through Driver Trainer roles or referral bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Transport freight safely and efficiently across designated routes.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while driving.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle inspections.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members.
• Ensure the proper loading and unloading of cargo.

Requirements

• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License).
• Experience in flatbed trucking preferred.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with unique freight handling.
• Previous experience as a Driver Trainer.
