About the position
U.S. Xpress is looking for experienced truck drivers who want to earn more as a Certified Career Coach. As a Career Coach, you can earn extra cash on the road, have priority access to freight, and can expect an average of up to 2500 miles per week. You'll be paired with a student to help ensure they have the skills they need to upgrade to a first seat driver. We're accepting Career Coach applications for both OTR and Dedicated drivers. Responsibilities
- Pair with a student driver to provide guidance and support.
- Help ensure the student has the skills needed to upgrade to a first seat driver.
- Drive an average of up to 2500 miles per week.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to new drivers.
Requirements
- Must be an experienced truck driver.
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL).
- Ability to mentor and coach new drivers.
