Westmor Industries is seeking a Truck Manufacturing Technician. This role is ideal for individuals who possess hands-on skills and a keen eye for detail. The Truck Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for assembling various components of trucks and trailers, conducting quality checks, and troubleshooting mechanical issues, all while ensuring that safety standards are met. The position requires a commitment to quality and safety, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The technician will perform all necessary assembly routines before and after trucks and trailers are painted, ensuring that all components are installed correctly and function as intended. This includes installing pre-fabricated parts, operating equipment safely, and reading and interpreting blueprints to follow proper assembly procedures. The technician will also utilize a variety of hand tools and install pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems on tanker trucks and trailers. The work hours for this position are from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, providing a consistent schedule for employees.
