About the position
The McGregor Company is seeking a dedicated Truck Mechanic to join our team in Waitsburg, WA. This full-time position involves performing maintenance and repair work on our trucking fleet, which is essential for supporting our operations in providing growers with the necessary equipment and services to cultivate healthy and sustainable crops. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all trucks and trailers are in optimal working condition, which is critical for the efficiency of our logistics and service delivery. As a Truck Mechanic, you will be tasked with ordering parts for maintenance and repairs, maintaining shop equipment, and keeping accurate and timely repair records. You will also be required to adhere to training regulations and perform Department of Transportation (DOT) inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards. In addition, you may be called upon to perform the duties of a service technician when requested, which will require a versatile skill set and a commitment to quality workmanship. This role is vital to our operations, especially during peak busy seasons when additional hours may be required. Responsibilities

Requirements
- CDL A or ability to obtain one
