About the position

This position involves automotive repair and maintenance for a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500. The role requires a skilled individual with automotive and electrical expertise to address various issues and enhancements to the vehicle, ensuring it is in optimal working condition.

Responsibilities

• Route lights for new front and rear bumpers into the cab.
• Assemble, prime, paint, and install front and rear bumpers.
• Replace the old and broken dash and instrument panel.
• Diagnose and fix wiring issues related to the new stereo output to front speakers.
• Address intermittent electrical issues with the high mount stop light.
• Apply truck bed liner.
• Perform basic maintenance on the vehicle.

Requirements

• Proven automotive repair skills.
• Electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to assemble and install vehicle parts.
• Experience with vehicle painting and priming.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with older vehicle models.
• Familiarity with aftermarket stereo systems.
• Basic bodywork skills.
