About the position
The part-time Trash Collector position at Clearwater Community Concierge Services (CCS) involves collecting trash from residents in a community setting. The role requires a reliable individual who can work outdoors and manage physical tasks effectively. The job offers a straightforward routine with opportunities for additional shifts and performance-based pay increases.
Responsibilities
- Arrive on the property at 7 pm each night.
- Collect bagged trash and broken down boxes from the doors of residents.
- Transport collected trash via a leakproof tote bag to the truck.
- Take trash to the compactor located on the property.
- Complete the primary route in approximately 1 hour and additional tasks based on pace.
Requirements
- Must have a truck.
- Must have a Smartphone with a data plan.
- Must be able to handle physical demands including carrying up to 50 lbs at a time up and down stairs in all weather conditions without assistance.
- Must have a can-do attitude.
Nice-to-haves
- Valet trash experience.
Benefits
- $500 bonus at the 5 month mark.
- Pay increase to $1000 a month after 5 months.
- W2 position paid via direct deposit 2 times per month.
