1-800-GOT-JUNK? Boston, MA, the World's Largest Junk Removal Company, is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as junk removal drivers in Wilmington, MA. We pride ourselves on being a world-class, fast-paced junk removal service that helps our community responsibly dispose of unwanted items. Our goal is to build a professional, customer service-oriented team that is reliable and dedicated to providing excellent service. We are looking for team members who are not only physically capable but also possess a positive, team-oriented mindset. All applicants must be over 21 years of age, hold a valid driver's license, and have a strong driving record. As a Truck Team Member, your primary responsibility will be to drive our trucks to various customer locations and transfer stations. You will work directly with customers to help them remove unwanted items from their homes and businesses. This role requires the ability to lift at least 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the day, so physical fitness is essential. The schedule will vary, with starting times that can change, and you will be required to work at least one weekend shift each week. In addition to competitive pay ranging from $15.50 to $35+ per hour, we offer paid training and health insurance benefits that begin within 30 days of employment. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, responsible, and reliable, with a strong work ethic. Previous experience in sales, park service, moving, driving, warehouse work, restoration, construction, customer service, labor jobs, maintenance, demolition, or landscaping is a plus, but not mandatory.
