• Participate in a collaborative review process to evaluate fellow designers' work and minimize errors before production.
• Facilitate clear communication regarding technical design elements with architects or engineers, maintaining thorough records of discussions.
• Seek guidance from senior component technicians and management for complex design issues requiring deeper analysis.
• Organize and manage workflow to meet various productivity targets, whether daily, weekly, or project-related.
• Adhere to safety protocols and practices, attending safety meetings and suggesting improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in component design or a combination of relevant education and experience.
• Proficient in MiTek software with at least 1 year of experience in Sapphire.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and materials.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
