The Truss Lead at 4Wall Entertainment is responsible for supervising Truss Workers and ensuring the preparation, maintenance, and organization of truss equipment according to company quality standards. Responsibilities
- Supervise Truss Workers and oversee their activities.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize all truss equipment according to 4Wall quality standards.
- Inspect and prep truss before orders are dispatched and upon return to the shop.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in the entertainment lighting industry.
- Good troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Ability to take and understand directions in a fast-paced environment.
