About the position
The Trust and Estates Paralegal will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys with various aspects of trust and estate planning, administration, and probate. This position requires a highly organized individual with strong communication skills and a minimum of five years of relevant experience. The role is integral to ensuring that client files are managed effectively and that all legal processes are followed accurately.
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of trust and estate planning, administration, and probate.
- Prepare probate court filings.
- Manage and organize client files and records.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and financial institutions.
- Stay up to date on relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Trust and Estates Paralegal.

Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with Tabs3, GEMS, ESI Appraise, and Outlook is preferred but not required.
