About the position

The paralegal will be responsible for preparing probate filings, including petitions for probate, inventories, and tax returns, as well as handling trust administration duties such as managing expenses, distributions, and filing returns. Additionally, the candidate should possess the ability to draft basic estate planning and trust-related documents. A bachelor's degree is required, and a paralegal certificate is a plus.
