In this role, you will analyze operational issues and recommend solutions or alternatives to improve practices and ensure the integrity of operating systems. This position is responsible for a variety of responsibilities in operations where volumes and financial impacts are significant, and the processes are visible and important to our clients. You will perform back-office services for a sensitive client, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include ongoing analysis of issues and systems to determine when changes to practices are required. You will investigate known error conditions and follow prescribed error correction procedures. Recognizing abnormal processing conditions will be crucial, as you will need to determine the appropriate actions required to resolve issues and complete processing. You will make effective use of tools and resources, utilizing manuals, write-ups, and other aids in solving problems. Consulting with other experienced analysts for ideas and contributing solutions to the body of knowledge will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will oversee and act as an escalation point for all incoming and outgoing account transfers. Following escalation procedures when appropriate will be essential to resolve processing and user problems in a timely manner, meeting service levels. You will also communicate systems updates and process changes, training internal customers on new systems or procedures. Identifying new tools, technology, or processes that improve the overall processing environment or efficiency will be a key aspect of your role. Other related duties may be assigned as needed, making this a dynamic and engaging position.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes issues/systems on an ongoing basis to determine when changes to practices are required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; Associate or bachelor's degree is preferable or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
  • Excellent problem solving, independent decision making, analytical and time management skills managing multiple tasks/deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment either independently or within a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is essential as well as experience with related Trust systems.
