As a Trust Operations Analyst II, you will play a crucial role in our operations team, focusing on various tasks related to corporate actions, loan restructures, and administration. This position requires managing large volumes of transactions and processing data updates efficiently. You will be responsible for determining and processing corporate actions and loan restructures, maintaining accurate global data for facilities and issuers, and researching global discrepancies with various agents and internal clients. Effective communication is key in this role, as you will proactively engage with agents, clients, and colleagues regarding loan-specific items. Additionally, you will run various internal reports and address global level issues, working closely with others to resolve any issues in a timely manner. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and has a strong understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in the area of syndicated loans and corporate actions.

Responsibilities

  • Determine and process corporate actions and loan restructures.
  • Maintain accurate global data for facilities and issuers.
  • Research global discrepancies with various agents and internal clients.
  • Proactively communicate with agents, clients, and colleagues regarding loan-specific items.
  • Run various internal reports and address global level issues.
  • Work closely with others to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
  • Typically 3 to 5 years of experience with syndicated loans and/or corporate actions.
  • Working knowledge of syndicated loans.
  • Understanding of loan accruals and payment rules.
  • Ability to read and interpret credit agreements and other loan documents.
