As the Trust & Safety Communications Manager for Advertising & E-Commerce at TikTok, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and communicating our trust and safety narrative across various platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement global communications initiatives that build trust in our content, advertising, and e-commerce policies and products. This position requires a deep understanding of the intersection between digital advertising, e-commerce, and trust and safety, and you will collaborate closely with teams across Trust and Safety, Advertising, E-Commerce, Product, Public Policy, Creator, and Legal departments. You will be tasked with creating clear and impactful messaging frameworks, talking points, and other communication assets that effectively convey our commitment to safe and inclusive content experiences. Your ability to distill complex issues into understandable messages for diverse audiences will be crucial. You will also provide ongoing counsel on trust and safety issues related to advertising and e-commerce, ensuring that our market PR teams are empowered to accurately represent TikTok's policies and products. In this role, you will support spokespeople in preparing for media interviews and presentations, and you will conduct product and policy risk reviews to provide strategic counsel.
