About the position

We are seeking qualified and versatile individuals to assist with Large Language Model (LLM) training and quality assurance (QA). The ideal candidate should possess good language proficiency, cultural awareness, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. This role involves content writing, Trust & Safety (written content moderation), and AI prompt creation/rating.

Responsibilities

• Rank LLM prompt-answer pairs using a defined quality framework.
• Write prompts and/or answers from scratch, including dialogues for selected topics.
• Rewrite subjects of conversations following requested guidelines, prioritizing safety, creativity, and correctness.
• Conduct research to develop writing/prompt ideas when required.
• Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain knowledge of domain-specific terminology and stay up-to-date with language and cultural trends.
• Audit high priority content based on project requirements.
