Responsibilities

• Draft and edit responses to user queries pertaining to sensitive content.
• Ensure that summaries do not negatively affect the welfare of people or the well-being of society.
• Edit and enhance content for clarity and correctness per guidelines.
• Review summaries to ensure 100% quality and usability for model training.
• Collaborate with the client's product team and other stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with project requirements while calibrating with program stakeholders.
• Develop training content and define guidelines to address any gaps in documentation.
• Conduct linguistic research and analysis to identify and address language-related challenges and improve the performance of AI systems.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to fellow writers as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field preferred.
• Strong command of the English Language (Writing and Speaking).
• More than 5 years of professional experience writing, proofreading, and editing high-quality content in various genres, styles, and formats.
• Experience following a style guide and editing to a specific voice and tone.
• Experience drafting press releases, speeches, or social media posts on culturally sensitive topics is particularly desirable.
• Understanding of AI technology, machine-learning, natural language processing, and a keen interest in exploring their potential applications with AI-generated content.
• Excellent research, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
