About the position

The TS/SCI Chief of Staff position at Insight Global involves supporting senior leaders within the Department of Defense (DoD) and its components. The role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity policies and the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for tracking tasks, ensuring timely delivery, and developing communication materials such as briefings and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support and communicate with senior leaders in the Department of Defense.
• Track tasks and due dates to help keep the team on schedule.
• Balance multiple diverse workstreams and collaborate across teams.
• Develop briefings, talking points, and presentations for clients.
• Communicate clearly through oral, written, and visual means.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a professional work environment.
• TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree is necessary.
• Experience in the DoD CIO, OSD, or a Military Command at the Pentagon.
• Experience serving in the US Armed Forces.
• Familiarity with Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS).
