About the position
The TS/SCI ISSM position at Insight Global involves ensuring compliance with DOD and Air Force cybersecurity guidelines, aiding in the authorization and accreditation of systems, and defining policies to protect against external threats. The role requires conducting security evaluations and vulnerability assessments, as well as developing security and disaster recovery plans for applications and systems related to the program.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance to all DOD and Air Force guidelines by personnel performing cybersecurity duties.
- Aiding in the authorization and accreditation (A&A) effort for all systems and applications.
- Defining policies to ensure all systems are reliable against outside threats.
- Conducting necessary security evaluations in accordance with the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
- Conducting vulnerability assessments on planned and active systems to identify potential risks.
- Aiding in the development of security and disaster recovery plans for applications and systems.
- Ensuring all information security/cybersecurity practices are applied to the program systems.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or Related Field
- 3-5 years of experience in implementing the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Ability to work within an Agile environment
- DOD 8570.01 Certification
- CISSP Certification
