About the position

The Knowledge Management Specialist will support internal analytical teams in the San Antonio, TX area by managing data and providing administrative support to ensure effective coordination of information. The role requires familiarity with DOD knowledge management and experience in supporting Cyberwarfare Communities of Interest within the DOD/Intelligence Community. Responsibilities include technical documentation, graphic support, and developing strategies for knowledge management systems and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support internal analytical teams with data management and administrative support.
  • Manage complex areas requiring solutions and program management.
  • Provide technical documentation support and graphic support.
  • Develop and implement strategies for knowledge management systems and processes.
  • Establish relationships with teams and mission partners.
  • Develop processes for storing and sharing information and knowledge.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with eligibility for CI POLY in the future.
  • 7+ years of experience in knowledge management.
  • Very strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to facilitate productive groups, meetings, and events (online and in-person).
  • Strong commitment to user experience and understanding customer needs.
  • Degree in Journalism, Communications, Organizational Learning, Knowledge Management, Social Science, or related field.
  • Experience with technical documentation and administrative support.
  • Previous work experience with NSA, USCYBERCOM, CIA, or other DOD/IC organizations.
