About the position

Insight Global is seeking a TS/SCI Military Operations Analyst IIII to support a federal client in Suffolk, VA. The primary place of duty will be at the Pentagon in Washington, DC. This individual will aid in project/task management, planning and operations support for the execution of multiple Disruptive Technology Courses (DTCs). The Military Operations Analyst IIII responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Tracking Disruptive Technology Course (DTC) taskers and promulgating DTC requirements to internal and external stakeholders to meet suspense timelines. Analyzing DTC travel and funding requirements. Curating a subject matter expert portfolio on selected DTC topics. Coordinating the DTC nomination process via TMT and synchronizing and scheduling all DTC briefers. Coordinating with National Intelligence University (NIU) in Bethesda MD and plans and executes the DTC which includes scheduling meetings and conferences up to the TS/SCI level. Producing and reviewing documents to finalize and coordinate plans, procedures, and reports aligned with the program's current and future DTC activities, to include input to weekly summaries, the program's leadership synchronization events, periodic reports of activity and task coordination. Responsible for security coordination of all DTC participants. Liaise directly with DTC participants to prepare invitational orders, DTS cross-orgs and honorariums and ensure the accurate and timely submission of documents to the program's assigned Resource Manager.

Requirements

  • 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
  • Experience in planning and operations support for senior officer level events (FO/GO/SES/Foreign officer levels).
  • Experience with interfacing on behalf of the military or government leaders with GO/FO, or SES official, foreign military officers, leaders of DoD agencies and organizations, the interagency community, and other public and private sector entities, using appropriate protocols and etiquette specific to the audience.
  • Proficiency in the Joint Staff ETMS2 (TMT) tasking system.
  • Understanding of the Defense Travel System (DTS) and JS Guide 5711.
  • Proficiency with the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and Scattered Castles.
  • Security Clearance: TS/SCI required, SAP eligible clearance, and eligibility for a JWICS account.
