About the position

The TS/SCI w/Poly System Administrator role at Insight Global involves providing comprehensive support for client, server, storage, and network devices, as well as mobile devices. The position requires monitoring and resolving issues, handling Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, and ensuring effective communication of status updates to management and internal customers. The role also includes configuring and managing UNIX and Windows operating systems, making it essential for candidates to have a strong technical background and relevant security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve issues across client, server, storage, network devices, and mobile devices.
• Handle Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.
• Communicate status updates to agency management and internal customers.
• Support dispatch systems and hardware issues, ensuring involvement in the resolution process.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, including installation and loading of operating system software.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI FSP clearance
• Ten (10) years of System Administrator experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university (or four (4) years of additional SA experience on similar projects in lieu of a degree)
• Active IAT Level II Certification
