About the position

The UI/UX Designer at Leading Path Consulting is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive design strategies that enhance user experience. This role involves creating high-quality design solutions, conducting UX research, and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure effective design communication and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy.
• Produce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
• Understand and apply accessibility design and testing principles.
• Work collaboratively within cross-disciplinary teams and independently as needed.
• Clearly communicate design decisions with the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Mid-level experience in UI design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS (SCSS), and Angular.
• Familiarity with JIRA and agile/scrum development processes.
