The TSDF Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the inventory of supplies and equipment at the facility, ensuring compliance with DOT and OSHA regulations, and managing the overall operations of the facility. This role requires a professional demeanor at all times, projecting a positive image of Miller Environmental to both employees and clients. The Facility Manager will independently manage the maintenance of the facility and all associated processing and handling equipment, ensuring that all equipment and inventory are optimal for daily operations. This includes managing the production of staff, producing timely documentation for internal costs related to maintenance and other projects, and assisting the Vice President and other team members in operational projects as needed. Regular team meetings will be held to ensure effective communication and project management within the facility. The Facility Manager will also be available to respond to project management needs, particularly in accepting appropriate waste streams as they are generated. Additionally, the role involves participation in various projects and events throughout the organization, as well as P+L management. The Facility Manager must communicate any deviations from the P+L to the Vice President and participate in planning efforts to improve costs and enhance the overall P+L performance.
