About the position

The TSQL Programmer role involves designing, developing, and maintaining efficient data flow and batch processes within applications. The position requires a strong foundation in TSQL programming and related scripting languages, with a focus on optimizing database performance and ETL processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement analysis and strategic analysis for software development.
• Design, develop, maintain, test, and implement data flow and batch processes.
• Develop TSQL code for MSSQL and Sybase databases.
• Perform performance tuning and query optimization for TSQL code.
• Create and manage ETL processes using TSQL and Perl/Shell scripting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in requirement analysis and strategic analysis.
• Strong knowledge of software development fundamentals and design principles.
• Proficiency in TSQL programming, with experience in MSSQL and Sybase.
• Experience with Perl and Shell scripting for data processing.
• Excellent understanding of relational transactional databases.
• Experience in performance tuning and query optimization.
