TSR - Voter Contact - Remote

About the position

The Telephone Service Representative (TSR) position is a temporary and seasonal role focused on voter contact through phone work. The primary responsibilities include making various types of calls such as I.D. Calls, Advocacy Calls, and Get Out The Vote (GOTV) Calls. The role requires effective communication skills, adherence to a flexible schedule, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct I.D. Calls, Advocacy Calls, and GOTV Calls using the telephone.
• Maintain a pleasant tone and correct grammar while delivering messages over the phone.
• Be punctual and adhere to assigned work hours as scheduled by the supervisor.
• Participate in monitoring and training sessions as calls will be taped for quality assurance.
• Perform additional duties as required by the Center Manager.

Requirements

• High School diploma or some college education preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, particularly in sales.
• Experience in outbound call center work is a plus.
• Ability to read scripts clearly on a computer monitor.

• Experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
