About the position

The TTS Product Manager, AVP role at Citi is a seasoned professional position focused on product performance management. Responsibilities

  • Partner across product disciplines and assist in the ownership of the product(s).
  • Monitor drivers for product performance and manage ongoing performance and maintenance of products.
  • Develop new techniques and improve processes and workflows for the product performance team.
  • Evaluate complex issues and develop approaches by weighing various alternatives.
  • Implement performance improvement strategies focusing on cross-sell and integration.
  • Assist sales and relationship managers in identifying client needs and proposing solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify client opportunities and meet with prospective clients.
  • Prepare materials for the Product Approval Program and ensure compliance with global parameters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions for Citi clients.
  • Manage the Manager's Control Assessment (MCA) process globally and oversee various tracking processes.
  • Draft specifications, requirements, workflows, and procedure documentation as required.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Development.
  • Experience in logistics or industrial verticals with e-commerce solutions preferred.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel required; proficiency with SharePoint, Databases, and similar technology a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with sophisticated analytical thought.
  • Developed diplomacy skills to guide, influence, and convince others.
  • Experience delivering presentations to clients and senior managers.
  • A self-starter capable of problem-solving with limited supervision.
