You will be involved in various administrative tasks that are essential for the smooth operation of our team, including office management, new employee onboarding, and event coordination. Your responsibilities will include setting up and coordinating new office spaces, providing functional support to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Finance, and Project Operations teams, and assisting with travel arrangements to project offices as needed. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; College Degree (Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, and Business Administration) preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience, telecom wireless experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Previous project administrative support experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project offices
  • Eligibility to work for any US Employer without requiring Visa sponsorship
